Nontraditional methods of building such as 3D printing, prefabrication, and bio ceramics with less or no wood framing.

Multi use or single-family communities. For example, inter-generational or intentional living communities, typical neighborhoods, veteran individuals and the un-housed, and even housing for healing centers.

We intend to create simple designs, creating cost efficient regenerative homes. These designs will be systemized so that they cost less but can be designed for each community to meet local guidelines and codes while addressing each local environment’s housing needs.
